This is a fun interpretation of California Viognier. Hints of cantaloupe and Meyer lemon curd play on the nose, while the palate presents ripe Asian pear and lemon verbena tea. It is a full bodied white wine, great on it’s own, or paired with light meats and fish.

Year after year we love how the Weed Farms Syrah presents notes of the vineyard – dried violet and dried Bay Leaf are exceptionally strong this year. If you like stem inclusion in your wine, or whole cluster, this is a wine for you! Because of the higher than normal stem in the fermentation, the wine has lots of elements of spicy, herbal Earth notes. The texture is rich and tannic – a great wine to be paired with roasted meats or vegetables, at a dinner with friends.

Sangiovese is such a great wine for sharing. It is approachable, yet with a tannin structure to stand up to many different foods – we think it’s the perfect pizza and pasta wine! On the nose, the first thing right off the bat is a note of earthy bing cherry – like a cherry still on the tree perfectly ripe just waiting to be picked. In the glass, it’s color is a beautiful true ruby red, as you swirl it practically sparkles! On the palette, it playfully dances across your tongue, but then those Italian tannins set in to be a great balance for food.
