$62.00Winery Notes: A beautifully aromatic bouquet of cola, clove, mulberry, plum, nutmeg, bay leaf and orange peel with amazing floral notes of plumeria and rose petal. This Pinot Noir shows graceful acidity, bright rich tannins and a soft texture; full bodied and sexy with juicy flavors of black currant, cassis, persimmon, cream soda; a bit like fresh strawberries with balsamic glaze. It’s very lovely and a little mischievous..

$255.00Winery Notes: The 2017 vintage started with significant winter rain and flooding that made us predict a relatively large berry size. We had very early heat waves in April with some heat waves reaching 90 to 95 degrees that started stressing the vines reasonably early in the season. Late in the season, we had ten…

$35.00Winery Notes: Rich and Joan drank a life-altering Tempranillo in Barcelona, at the Zona d’Ombra, and decided that they had to plant it here. It’s our best-behaved vine variety. It ripens beautifully. We break with Spain and put it in French (not American) oak in an effort to refine it. All the same, its cowboy…

$30.00Winery Notes: The 2018 growing season, for many, began in late February and was marked by showers in March and April, pushing the timing of bloom back to what is considered by some winemakers a more normal time. The rains also provided adequate moisture for good canopy growth well into the growing season and the…

$35.00Winery Notes: Sourced from Brick Barn, Rock Hollow and Star Lane Vineyards. Cabernet Franc is a parent varietal of Cabernet Sauvignon (along with Sauvignon Blanc). It is often used as a blending component, but I love to make it stand alone. This vintage is a blend of three vineyards and brings different things from each. Brick barn brings a velvet texture, cayenne and jalapeño notes and red fruits like red currant and raspberries. Rock Hollow brings the tannic structure to the wine, a violet floral component, and darker fruit flavors like black currants and black cherries. Star Lane adds a Smokey component with rich baking spice.

$26.00Winery Notes: The Sassoferrato Sangiovese aromas jump out of the glass, with juicy red cherry, plum and cranberry fruit. The wine is rich on the palate with moderate tannins and bright acidity that dances with the concentrated fruit. This red wine pairs well with BBQ and summer fare while also delicious on its own.
