Wine Hardware Notes:
Nose: Baking Spice of Cinnamon, forest floor, red cherries. Mouth: Cranberry sauce with hints of pepper, tart cherry fruit, long gorgeous finish. A brilliant effort
Winery Notes: A beautifully aromatic bouquet of cola, clove, mulberry, plum, nutmeg, bay leaf and orange peel with amazing floral notes of plumeria and rose petal. This Pinot Noir shows graceful acidity, bright rich tannins and a soft texture; full bodied and sexy with juicy flavors of black currant, cassis, persimmon, cream soda; a bit like fresh strawberries with balsamic glaze. It’s very lovely and a little mischievous..
Winery Notes: Inviting, glamorous and lovely, as all Pinots from Weir Vineyard are… with a ying-yang of aromas; pine, dark berry, citrus rind, violets, white pepper, redwood bark, citronella, graphite, porcini and cherry compote. This beguiling wine is broad, deep, dense and quite plush. Just 309 cases produced.
Winery Notes: Our Inaugural release from the Green Valley brings to life a beautiful balance of vanilla bean and clove on the bouquet that transitions to vibrant tropical fruit and finishes with a hint of baked apple pie on the palate.
Winery Notes: Starting with passionate aromas of dark cherry, plum, strawberry, and rhubarb that lead to amazing flavors of allspice, cinnamon stick and black cherry on the mid-palate before the well-balanced tannins and fruit lead to a long finish that a defines a well made Pinot Noir.
Winery Notes: On the rim: beautiful shiny sugar cookie with touches of banana and green On the nose: sweet dragée nose with touches of toasted bread, blood orange, caramel, vanilla, naked ladies flower On the palate: round entrance evolving on vanilla, apricot jam, tangerine, yellow cherries, daffodil, tiramisu and peach ice tea
